Nissi Park This well-kept hotel is peacefully located in the holiday resort of Ayia Napa just 2 km from the town centre. Beautiful Nissi Beach that offers the finest sands, crystal-clear waters and counts amongst the most beautiful beaches on Cyprus, as well as the like-named sister hotel, are just across the promenade from the hotel (approximately 200 m away). Shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity and there is a bus station directly before the hotel that offers regular services to Ayia Napa (2 km) and Lárnaca (40 km.||This small hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere and features central heating. There are a total of 80 rooms spread over the 2-storey building and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a TV room, a games room, a playground and, on request, a babysitting and childcare service. There is a restaurant with a large terrace and highchairs for infants, a spacious dining room, various bars, a café, medical assistance and room and laundry services. It is also possible to use all of the facilities and the car park at the sister hotel.||Each of the light, tastefully decorated rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a balcony or terrace, a direct dial telephone, a radio, a minibar, a hire safe and centrally controlled air conditioning and heating.||In the outdoor complex is a pool with a separate children's pool that is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, the sister hotel that lies beside the beach offers a further selection of facilities and sports enthusiasts may try out many different water sports including windsurfing, canoeing and sailing (fees may apply). A theatre and a nightclub are open to guests and it is possible to play beach volleyball, darts or billiards or to hire a motorboat. There are aerobics and gym course on offer at the hotel and Cypriot evenings and BBQs are occasionally put on.
