U Krale Karla is a romantic hotel located directly beneath Prague Castle. The hotel building is one of the most picturesque landmarks in Mala Strana. It is situated directly beneath the ramparts of Prague Castle and is a part of the world-renowned Royal Route. The original Gothic building belonging to the Benedictine Order was transformed into the Baroque house Three Roses in 1639. In 1993 the building was sensitively reconstructed and the newly opened hotel offers its guests 19 exceptionally comfortable rooms combining modern luxury with the spirit of a bygone era.
