It consits of the beach resorts Aguila, Las Burras, San Agustin snd Playa del Ingles. The 17km of beautiful coastline and sand dunes, white sandy beaches.There is a lot of entertainment and fun which is found in the surrounding areas just a few kilometers north of Maspalomas with attractions such as Aqualand ( the biggest water park on the island), Holiday World ( an extensive amusment park with a ferries wheel), Palmito's Park ( an ornithological park) with an aqurium, butterfly house and orchids),  Sioux City (a Wild West theme park) and the fascinating Mundo Aborigen (“a place of cultural, social and historical interest”, according to the Canarian government).
