Tenerife is the most famous and attractive of the Canary Islands for Irish people, Mount Teide is Spain’s highest mountain and the view from his peak is just amazing on one of the frequent crystal clear days. In fact, the diverse colours of the many different kinds of volcanic rock are seen very well from this mountain a few times a year we can see a variety of plants such as bushy clumps of Teide daisy flower on the higher slopes. The north coast of Tenerife is bordered by cliffs, and unlike the southern part of the island down to one of the few coastal plain level regions in the volcanic islands of the archipelago. Consequently, Tenerife is a paradise for tourists and is a wonderful holiday destination. You will find in the south, Playa de las Americas, known for its nightlife.
