All apartments and town houses will be a short drive from a selection of restaurants and shops, and be conveniently located between 5 to 32 km from the Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios theme parks. Orlando International Airport will be the nearest Airport to the accommodation, approx a 45 minute drive.-All accommodation will feature as standard a direct dial telephone, TV with satellite/cable channels, central air conditioning and heating, all towels and linens will be provided. In addition each unit will come with a fully equipped kitchen containing a cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. Master bedrooms will generally have an en-suite bathroom, other bedrooms with share a bathroom. The maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 persons.-While amenities will vary in each of the communities, however every community will have a communal swimming pool. Some will feature a clubhouse and various sports facilities.-From Orlando International Airport: Take the 'south' exit from the airport, signposted 'State Road 417 Kissimmee'. Follow the signs and join SR417 heading west towards Kissimmee. This is a toll road, and change can be obtained at the entry tollbooths. However, the exit tollbooth is not manned and 50 cents in change is required to exit. Exit at Junction 2, signposted 'Celebration'. Pass through the tollbooth, and turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive for 0.5 km to the junction with the US192 highway. Here, turn left at the lights, and drive to the 2nd set of traffic lights. Here, turn right onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left towards the Ramada Hotel, and the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center will be the first building on the right.
