Hia Paul

Back from the Holls last night.  Must say this Hotel was a class job and staff were very friendly all-round.  Would recommend this highly for our age group and be oned  (not you now Paul) .  No stags going on here, just prefect it was.  Food was excellent and good selection every day.  And was five minutes from main street and beech.

We called upto the Columbus Hotel apartments where we stayed before, another fabulous place (only for the stags)   The Las Piramides across the road, also we stayed.   Quiet rough and not for us pensioners(stags again)   Hell its a age thing Paul, take no notice.  This is our fourth trip to Tenerife and this Hotel (Best Hotel Tenerife).   Was very enjoyable and lovely people all-round.  A place for us to go in the future please god.

PS  Our last night there.  We were coming up the main street.  When this guy came on us with a can of beer, acting as if he was drunk. Was very intimidating and on me.  A pick pocketer i would expect the Fecker was. It was frightening but gas. I shouted i was been robbed and pushed him away, and my wife said ?   Police Police and he was gone for dust.  Funny there was this other fellow up on steps.  Looking  out and he was gone like a shot too.   Anyway he got nothing for his troubles.  On the main streets, you have these side strips and easy get away.

Look he could have gone off with my wife's bag.  This funny family of mine here said. They new who to pick out, where to go for the money  with all the people around.  Lesson  learned and could be a lot worst Paul.  Will have to be more careful in future as if one can these days.

Some one said in my old job HSE.  I should have been a Writer as am on going.  We can have a laugh and respect people is what life is and should be.  ( That is why year in business so long Paul )  My late father would say? always repect your name.

April, 2018

Hi Paul,
All home again. We had a great holiday, thanks again for all the work you did organizing it.

The Sheraton in Port Douglas was amazing and had about an acre of pools all surrounding the hotel, we were really pleased with it. There was a shuttle into the town every 15 minutes (not free) but it was very convenient and Port Douglas itself was a lovely town with some great restaurants.
•    We went on a day tour to Cape Tribulation and the rain forest where we did Jungle Surfing, which was the zip lining. It was like nothing on earth, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We were about 20 meters above the rain forest going from one zipline to another for about 2 hours, it was tremendous and the guys organizing it were really good.
•    We went with Quicksilver to the barrier reef and found them excellent. We had change our dates to find one where it wasn't too windy because the waves were high some days due to the Cyclone, which thankfully stayed well below us and dragged all the clouds with it so we had glorious sunshine for the last week.
•    We did a trip to Hartley's crocodile farm as well which was a great success,
We really enjoyed the Frazer Island tour and the company we went with were really professional and we found the guide great. All the guides we had through the holiday were very good. Only downside was the accommodation in Hervey Bay wasn't ideal - it was very far out from the town centre and had no shops or restaurants within about a mile and a half. The Ramada or Best Western would have been better situated, if you are ever asked.

We didn't have any further issues with any of the transfers, and the flights all went to plan. FYI - there were no internal charges for baggage on any of the internal transfers. There was 23kg given as standard per person on them all for both the Virgin Australia and the Qantas flights.

Thanks again, - we will have to start thinking about our next adventure now

Just dropping you a line regarding my experience at the Camp Nou - the hotel Barcino was ideal and central in regards of the visiting the gothic quarter, la ramblas, metro to the stadium, etc. and upgrading the match tickets meant an ideal view behind the goal for the first half goals and an overall great experience and atmosphere.

We were actually thinking of making this an annual trip to some of Europes top leagues like France, Germany, Italy, etc. Is this something that you also do or is it mainly Spain & England.
