Welcome to Disney Area General Villas

The Disney Area General Villas are situated around Walt Disney World, ideal for family holidays. They are located in residential communities along US Highway 192 in Kissimmee and US Highway 27 in Davenport and Clermont. All the homes are privately owned and are fully self-catering. They are individually furnished and decorated to each owners taste. All the homes have a private screened swimming pool and the convenience of at least two bathrooms, two televisions and Wi-Fi at no extra charge. The pool deck has sun loungers, table and chairs for guests use during their stay. The homes contain a dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and all the amenities you would expect to find in any home. *Please note: Villa check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. Late check-out is at an additional cost of $20 per hour. Late check-outs are not available during Easter, July or August.* **For damage waiver and security deposit information please see the registration and facility request form.** **Transfers are not available for villas. Car-hire is essential. Directions to reception and key collection details will be included in booking documents.**
