Maingate Resort & Spa is an attractive residence ideally located close to the Walt Disney World Resort and Sea World theme park. This hotel complex offers a comfortable stay in Florida with a licensed bar, a convenient restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool set amidst tropical-style gardens to ensure that guests can enjoy a relaxing stay. Rooms are traditional and comfortable and feature air-conditioning and cable television as standard. Attracting over 52 million visitors annually, the Walt Disney World Resort is a vast theme park site that occupies more than 25,000 acres and contains several key parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. These individual parks are each so large that more than a day is recommended for each one although guests may prefer to tailor their selection to the parks features. Epcot, for example, focusses on human achievement and is known as a permanent world fair. This park is best known for its huge golf-ball style dome that houses the Spaceship Earth attraction. Magic Kingdom is the most traditional park in WDWR and is dedicated to fairy tale and popular Disney characters with the 189 foot high iconic Cinderella Castle featuring prominently and the famous ¿Splash Mountain¿ water ride being a top attraction here. Disney¿s Hollywood Studios are focussed on the world of film and show business with many shows and tours on offer and is best known for its Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride. Lastly, Disney¿s Animal Kingdom is the second largest single theme park in the world and is a zoo-based park known best for its 145 foot high artificial ¿Tree of Life¿.
