Enjoy the brand new luxury vacation home resort at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers Caribbean-style accommodations in a beautiful gated community just 1.5 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. From comfortable condos to townhomes, you will find accommodations to suit your every vacation need. The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge lagoon-style pool complete with water slide and hot tub. Windsor Hills, Orlando Resort offers a variety of recreation and activities for all ages including a playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. The resort offers a shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios for a local charge. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please check-in at 8555 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Global Resort Homes requires all guests arriving within 7 days of booking to check in at the corporate office located at 8555 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, we close at 6:00 p.m. Sept. 1 - Dec. 20th, and 9am-5pm Sunday. Verification of drivers license and a valid credit card is required at check-in for all properties. Global Resort Homes will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking. A fixed deposit amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking FOR ALL GUARANTEED BOOKINGS. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. Any reservations 5 nights or less pay cleaning fees, prices vary per unit size. Pets are allowed on request. Charges are applicable. A USD 30.00 property protection fee will be charged at time of check-in. A USD 100.00 cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. There is a Pool Heating charge of USD 25 per day, minimum of 1 week USD 175 plus tax.
