Eixample neighborhood is located within a minute walking from the Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona lined with fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops. This area of Barcelona has a marvelous privileged position, few minutes walking from one of the Spanish most famous streets, Las Ramblas, and close to Gaudi most renowned creations. (Casa Batllo, La Pedrera and much more from the modernism). Please note that check-in is done from 15:00 h at the central office located in: Calle Ferran, 11. If you arrive before this time and we have space in our storage place, you may leave your luggage at reception.The reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 h Check-in outside these hours takes place in the apartments and will be an automatic check in. You must call to the number +34 628-244-374 to get the codes to access into the building and the number of the box where are your keys. In case you arrive after 20:00 and require a person to open the door for you and do a Personal check in in the apartment there will be an extra charge of 40 euros and you have to request this service up to one day before. Personal check in at apartment is not possible after 01:30 h. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. deposit is refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection Location Paseo de Gracia Apartments are located in a wonderful location, close to the charming Passeig de Gracia and 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city. The apartments are located in a modern building equipped with a lift. Built in the early twenties of the 19th century and totally restored in 2004 and restyled in 2012.
