The apartment complex is situated in the immediate vicinity of the bay of Cala Santandria, on the west side of the Balearic island of Menorca. With its particularly impressive historical old town, Ciutadella is approximately 2.5 km away. The transfer time to Menorcas airport is around 1 hour (approximately 45 km). There is a regular bus service that can be taken advantage of.The complex includes a total of 52 apartments spread throughout seven 2-storey villas. Facilities include a lobby with a currency exchange and a hotel safe as well as a cosy snack bar. Additionally, guests may also use the bicycle hire service for an additional fee. Younger guests may additionally let off steam in the playground.These tasteful furnished apartments offer en suite bathroom facilities with shower, a TV set and a hire safe. Further fittings include a kitchenette with a small fridge, a balcony or terrace, a combined bedroom- lounge area and 2 separate bedrooms.Outside, a swimming pool with an integrated childrens pool as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers are available for use.
