Facilities & amenities The resort boasts a wealth of great facilities including a golf clubho use with pro shop, lounge, and restaurant, as well as an 18-hole championship golfcourse. For those wanting to keep active theres a fitness and aquatic centre, tennis courts, a playing field, and walking and biking trail. Two swimming pools complete its communal amenities, with a resort-style pool with slides, and a lappool for exercising. Theres also a tot lot for those travelling with children. Dining All villas at the resort feature a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with conventional hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron and board, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Accommodation info Each 4- or 5-bedroom Home is air conditioned and features a private screened pool with covered Lanai and terrace furniture, and dining area with table and chairs. The living area will feature cable TV, DVD player and a telephone. Bathroom towels and bed linens are provided. Homes do not usually have a safe. Electric Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
